App download, legal and support pages
SmartLinks hosts public pages associated with an app. Review their content independently of private dashboard settings.
Before you start
Confirm app identity, support contact and the text your organization intends to publish. Generated policy text requires review; hosting a page is not a guarantee of legal compliance.
Step by step
- Open the app's Edit App page.
- Confirm basic information, store links and platform identity.
- Review Legal Identity, Privacy Policy Content and Terms of Service Content.
- If using AI Generate, inspect and correct the draft before saving. It must describe your actual app and data practices.
- Use Save Changes.
- Open the app's public download/share page and verify its app name, images and store destinations.
- Check the privacy, terms, support and data-deletion pages linked for that app while signed out.
- Submit only a clearly labeled, authorized test support/request flow if you need to validate it; do not create real user requests just to populate a dashboard.
Page types
App entry links can send signed-in owners toward management and visitors toward download pages. Use the intended public URL when sharing. App blog and community pages have separate publication controls.
Confirm it worked
Visitors see the correct app's public content, and private dashboard/key pages still require login. Review support destinations and actual request receipt separately from whether the page loads.
Troubleshooting
Check saved policy content, support details and app slug if the wrong information appears. Changing a page does not automatically update every store listing that previously linked another URL.
