SmartLinks product guides

Step-by-step help for 37 feature areas, from connecting your first app to publishing and managing your portfolio. Looking for code? Visit the separate SDK docs.

Start here: setup and safety checklist

Learn how to use SmartLinks from the dashboard, not just how to install its SDK. Start with setup, then follow the guide for the feature you need.

Before you start

These instructions are public. Operating the features requires signing in to your own account and selecting the right app/workspace. Some features require a paid plan, a particular role or a connected provider.

Examples never include account data or active credentials. Keep YOUR_API_KEY unchanged when sharing examples publicly.

Step by step: your first workflow

  1. Create or select your app and confirm the workspace.
  2. Connect the required providers and map the correct app identities.
  3. If you need mobile analytics or in-app features, follow the separate SDK documentation.
  4. Confirm one test event in Analytics, or a successful read-only provider sync.
  5. Choose the feature you want to use below. Each guide explains prerequisites, actions, confirmation and troubleshooting.
  6. Before any publish, price change or destructive action, review the exact target and confirmation.
  7. Verify the resulting saved setting, rendered file or provider page. A pending job or success message alone may not prove the final result.

Confirm it worked

You can complete the chosen workflow and verify its actual result. Public docs remain separate from private keys, customer records and dashboard administration.

Troubleshooting

If a menu item is missing, check the workspace, team permission, plan access and required connection. Read Billing, Teams or Support for the corresponding next step.

Coverage and maintenance

The feature index covers customer-facing dashboard workflows, portfolio tools, account settings and public pages. It does not expose internal operator controls or credentials. Instructions were checked against the current application source on 7 September 2026; provider screens and account entitlements can differ. AI-generated content needs review, and discovery files do not guarantee search rankings or AI recommendations.
