Public showroom

Your showroom is a public profile that can display selected apps.

Before you start

Decide which apps and profile details are suitable for public viewing. Do not include test apps, private client projects or confidential contact details without approval.

Step by step

  1. Open Public Showroom Settings.
  2. Review the public showroom controls.
  3. Choose Your Unique Handle and enter an appropriate Professional Bio.
  4. In App Visibility Manager, enable only the apps you intend to display.
  5. Use Save Changes where required and confirm the settings persist.
  6. Open the public profile URL shown for your handle.
  7. Check it while signed out, including its app links and visible profile information.

Confirm it worked

Only the intended apps appear on the public showroom. App visibility there does not grant dashboard, credential or private API access.

Troubleshooting

Check the handle, showroom state and per-app visibility if an app is missing. Hiding an app from the showroom is not deletion and does not necessarily unpublish a separately shared download page.
