Free to read. Private to operate. These guides never display account data or keys. Using a feature requires your own account, permissions and applicable plan. YOUR_API_KEY is only a placeholder.

Account security

Protect account access separately from SDK keys, provider credentials and team permissions.

Before you start

Use your own account and a password manager. Keep recovery access current through the account features available to you.

Step by step

  1. Open Security Settings.
  2. Under Security & Password, complete the current/new password fields requested by the form.
  3. Use a unique password and select Update Password.
  4. Resolve validation errors and verify that your new password works through the normal sign-in flow.
  5. Review Teams and API keys separately if access responsibilities changed.
  6. If a credential may have been exposed, identify its owner and dependent integrations before replacing/revoking it. Changing the account password should not be assumed to rotate every SDK or provider key.

Confirm it worked

Your intended account can sign in and its feature access remains appropriate. Never paste your password into a documentation example or an assistant conversation.

Troubleshooting

Use the official password-reset flow if you cannot sign in. The Danger Zone → Delete Account action is destructive; it is not a password-reset or troubleshooting tool.
