Read App Store and Google Play reviews, prepare responses and verify each published reply.
Before you start
Connect the correct store profiles and obtain Reviews access. Reply publishing needs the relevant provider permission.
Step by step
- Open Reviews and use Sync iOS or Sync Android for the intended platform.
- Filter by platform, star rating, date or Needs reply.
- Read the source review before generating a reply. Use the individual reply action or AI-draft all replies only for the intended set.
- Edit drafts for accuracy, tone, language and privacy. Do not promise a fix that has not shipped.
- Publish an approved individual reply first. Post all replies can send multiple drafts to real store users.
- Inspect the result, then check the actual review response in the store console.
- Create a Concern for actionable product work. Mine themes → SEO prepares research inputs; review those themes before using them in public copy.
Confirm it worked
The provider displays the intended response on the correct review. A saved AI draft is not a published reply.
Troubleshooting
Check store permissions, supported reply operations and sync errors. Avoid retrying a reply without first checking whether the provider already received it. Never include account details, purchase records or private contact information in a public response.
