In-app feedback
Feedback collects user messages from your app so your team can review and act on them.
Before you start
Integrate the SDK feedback screen, select the correct app key and obtain Feedback permission. Explain collection to users through your own app's appropriate disclosures.
Step by step
- Add the feedback entry point in your app using the relevant SDK guide.
- Send a clearly labeled development/test message without real personal data.
- Open the app's Feedback page and locate the message.
- Review its text and available context, rating or attachments privately.
- Use the cross-app Feedback view only when you need portfolio-wide triage; check the app identity on each item.
- Turn actionable feedback into a ticket through Concerns, preserving the minimum useful context.
- Track the work separately from the original feedback record.
Confirm it worked
The test message arrives under the intended app and the actionable item is tracked. Receiving feedback does not mean a fix was implemented or a response was sent.
Troubleshooting
Check the app key, SDK submission result and network connection if a message is missing. The Delete control removes feedback; do not use it to clear an unresolved issue or test whether a refresh works.
