2. How we use information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve SmartLinks, including:
- Scheduling and publishing content to platforms you explicitly connect.
- Managing social account metadata required for publishing.
- Communicating important account or service updates.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Google and YouTube data is shared only with platforms you explicitly connect, through their official APIs, to perform actions you request.
4. Storage and protection
We use industry-standard safeguards for data in transit and encrypt supported access tokens at rest. Access is limited to the systems needed to provide the service.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time by disconnecting an integration, using the data-deletion form, or emailing support@smartlinks.live.
Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is legally required.
