Social posting and autopilot

Manage connected accounts, prepare posts and verify delivery per platform.

Before you start

Have permission to publish to each selected account. Review OAuth consent, platform-specific limits and plan availability. Keep app passwords and access tokens in private connection forms.

Step by step: connect and draft

  1. Open Social and inspect Connected Accounts.
  2. Connect only the intended platform/account. Complete any page/account selection step and verify the displayed identity.
  3. Open the composer and select the destination platforms.
  4. Enter the caption or use Generate content, then review the generated claims and language.
  5. Add media from your own files or Media Library. Check the preview for each platform.
  6. Complete platform settings shown, such as board selection, video title, privacy and content disclosures. Do not assume one platform's settings apply to another.
  7. Use Save Draft if it is not approved for publication.

Step by step: publish, schedule and inspect

  1. For immediate delivery, use Publish Now only after reviewing selected accounts.
  2. For later delivery, choose the scheduled time and use Add Scheduled. Confirm the time displayed in the queue.
  3. Return to posts, inspect the post preview and its Deployment log.
  4. Open the published post on the provider to confirm it exists and has the expected media/text.
  5. For partial failures, correct the cause and retry failed platforms only.
  6. Use analytics to inspect available performance data after publication.

Autopilot

Open auto-pilot only if your plan allows it. Review generation inputs, account targets and scheduling controls before enabling automated publishing. Start with a small reviewed run and check the actual provider post. AI creatives and autopilot may have separate plan or usage limits.

Confirm it worked

Each intended platform has its own successful delivery result and public/private provider post as configured. A scheduled queue entry or local status alone is not proof of publication.

Troubleshooting

Reauthorize expired connections and check media/character restrictions. Delete Everywhere can remove provider posts; use cancellation for a pending schedule when that is your intent, not broad deletion.
