Blog, translations, RSS and autopilot

Publish app-branded content with a manual editor, categories, translations and optional automation.

Before you start

Choose the correct app, ensure Blog permission and prepare original or licensed text/images. Review facts and generated content before publication.

Step by step: write and publish

  1. Open Blog and choose New Post.
  2. Enter the title and body. Select category, author, featured image, excerpt and other visible metadata.
  3. Review the publication status and Publish Date. Save as a draft until the content is approved.
  4. Preview the text and image, correct links and verify the intended public app blog.
  5. Set the publication status/date deliberately and save.
  6. Open the public article in a signed-out browser to verify actual availability.

Categories and translations

  1. Use categories to organize posts before assigning them in the editor.
  2. Open a post's translation controls, select languages and start the translation.
  3. Review each translation, including title, links and image context, before publishing it.
  4. Check the public URL for the target language. A generated translation is not necessarily published.

RSS sources

Open rss sources and configure only sources you are authorized to use. Review imported content and attribution. Access to an RSS feed is not permission to republish whole copyrighted articles. Removing a source and deleting existing posts are different actions.

Autopilot

  1. Open auto-pilot if your plan allows it.
  2. Configure tone, persona, frequency, languages and weekly limits.
  3. Prefer Save as draft (review before publish) while validating the workflow.
  4. Use Save configuration. The run-now action saves settings and generates a post; it is not merely a settings preview.
  5. Review the generated result and confirm whether it is draft, scheduled or publicly published.

Confirm it worked

The saved post, language and public page agree. Scheduled posts should not be treated as already live.

Troubleshooting

Check scheduler/job errors, AI access, required fields and publication dates. Bulk translation and autopilot consume resources; avoid duplicate runs when a job is still pending.
