Revenue and store proceeds
Revenue brings together different reporting sources. Store proceeds, SDK-reported purchase data and advertising earnings are not the same metric.
Before you start
Connect the relevant stores and AdMob, map the correct app, and configure purchase verification in your integration where needed. Your role must have Revenue access.
Step by step
- Open the app's Revenue page. Use the global Revenue view only when you want cross-app totals.
- Resolve Configuration Required before expecting store reports.
- Choose the available Explorer, Store Proceeds or Typed Revenue tab according to what you are investigating.
- Select the reporting filters available in that view. Check source, date range, currency and whether figures represent proceeds or transaction amounts.
- Refresh with the available sync control and inspect its result.
- Review the trend, country/product/source breakdowns offered by the view. For advertising earnings, confirm the AdMob app mapping.
- Investigate individual transactions only in the private dashboard. Do not share receipts, customer identifiers or financial exports in public support messages.
Confirm it worked
A known provider report or verified purchase appears under the intended app and source. A zero value is not the same as a disconnected source or a failed sync.
Troubleshooting
Providers may report on different schedules and definitions. Check credentials, report availability and mapping before comparing totals. Do not add overlapping sources together or treat projections as settled income.
