Country pricing and Price List

Price List lets you inspect product prices by market, evaluate suggested changes and explicitly push approved prices to a store.

Before you start

This is a paid-plan feature. Connect the relevant store with pricing permissions and select the correct app/product. Price changes affect real customers; analysis is not financial advice or a revenue guarantee.

Step by step: build a proposal

  1. Open Price List and use Sync store prices.
  2. Select the intended product and platform. Verify its current base price and currency.
  3. Set the Strategy and Safety limits, then save them.
  4. Run the analysis offered on the page. If using AI, treat its base/market price as a suggestion and choose Use only after checking it.
  5. Inspect each country's current and proposed values. Use Set manually for an explicit override or lock a country you do not want changed.
  6. Review the displayed revenue-impact scenario as an assumption-based estimate. Use Export CSV if you need an offline review; protect the export.

Step by step: publish or restore

  1. Select Review changes for the intended store.
  2. In Confirm price changes, inspect every proposed change, affected country and product.
  3. Use Push … price(s) only after approving that exact diff. Cancel or Not now leaves the proposal uncommitted to the store.
  4. Wait for the run result and inspect failures. Read back the actual product prices in the provider console.
  5. If restoration is needed, inspect Past price changes and the intended run before Roll back. Rollback writes to the stores too; it is not just a local undo.

Confirm it worked

The run result and provider prices agree for the selected markets. Saving a strategy, accepting an AI suggestion or viewing a forecast does not prove any store price changed.

Troubleshooting

Check product identity, supported market/currency rules, store permissions and sync errors. Recheck current prices before retrying to avoid applying a stale proposal.
