Live Now
Live Now shows recent activity rather than a lifetime audience count.
Before you start
Select an app whose SDK sends activity, and ensure your role can view Live Now.
Step by step
- Open Live Now in the app sidebar.
- Read the active-user count and the event count with their displayed time windows.
- Inspect Live Event Stream for recent event names and timestamps.
- Use Sync Now to request a refresh when you need a current snapshot.
- Open View Payload only when needed for diagnosis. Payloads can contain private user context; do not copy them into public support requests.
- Review Live Localization and Velocity Leaders (30m) for the currently displayed interval.
- Trigger a non-sensitive event in your development app and check for it in the stream.
Confirm it worked
The test event appears under the intended app with a recent timestamp. This confirms that event path, not every analytics or purchase integration.
Troubleshooting
Zero active users can be normal when nobody is active in the window. Check initialization, key scope and network access if a known event is missing. Missing location can reflect unavailable geographic data; it does not prove the event failed.
