Screenshot Studio and templates

Create app-store screenshots from your own captures, editable layouts and device frames. Templates are starting designs; your exported files must be inspected.

Before you start

Prepare screenshots without real customer data. Select the intended app, store sizes and languages. Template and project availability depend on your plan.

Step by step: create and edit

  1. Open App Screens and select New Project, or open Templates and choose a design.
  2. Use the project wizard to name the project, choose its configuration and add your app screenshots. An Empty project starts from scratch.
  3. Open the project editor and confirm each screen uses the intended uploaded image.
  4. Adjust device frames, layout, text, backgrounds and positioning. Globals controls shared shadows, fonts and colors; check every screen after a global edit.
  5. Use Undo or Redo for unintended edits. Save explicitly before leaving; do not assume a pending autosave has finished.
  6. Select a language and review its title/subtitle text. Use localization/generation controls only after choosing the correct languages, then inspect translated text for clipping.
  7. Reopen the saved project to verify persistence before exporting a large set.

Step by step: export and upload

  1. Open Preview & Export and choose the required store sizes and languages.
  2. Render/export the selected outputs and wait for completion.
  3. Inspect the actual image files or ZIP contents for text, image assignment, device framing, order, dimensions and transparency. The editor preview alone is not output verification.
  4. If uploading to a store, confirm its target, language and replacement/append behavior before starting.
  5. Inspect upload/export history. For partial success, use the remaining-locale control rather than republishing successful locales unnecessarily.
  6. Verify the actual screenshots and their order in the store console. An upload does not mean the store listing is publicly released.

Confirm it worked

Saved edits survive reload; exported images match the selected layout; provider readback matches the intended set after an upload.

Troubleshooting

Wrong image: check screenshot assignment on that screen. Clipped text: inspect each language and output size. Failed jobs: read the error before retrying and confirm remaining storage/plan capacity. Premium templates require the appropriate access.
