Terms of Service for Receiptly

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Receiptly app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

  • You agree to use Receiptly only for lawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Premium Plan: Receiptly offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features.
  • Recurring Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store / Play Store settings.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled by the respective App Store (Apple/Google) according to their policies.

4. AI Disclaimer

Receiptly uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extract data from receipts. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally make errors. You verify verify extracted data before relying on it for tax or legal purposes. We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from data errors.

5. Intellectual Property

The Receiptly app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alkashier and are protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alkashier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
