These Terms of Use ("Terms," "EULA") govern your access to and use of Foodly, an AI-powered smart calorie tracker ("the App") provided by Alkashier ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Foodly provides AI-powered meal identification, nutritional estimation, and health tracking tools. The App is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

2. Subscriptions and Payments (Mandatory Apple Information)

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features, including unlimited AI scans and advanced analytics.

• Length of Subscription:
  • Monthly: 1 month plan
  • Yearly: 1 year plan
• Price of Subscription: Current pricing information can be found on the App's purchase screen or within the App Store product page. Prices are subject to change, and any such changes will be communicated through the App Store or the App interface.
• Payment and Renewal:
  • Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan.
• Managing Subscriptions:
  • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

3. Standard Apple License Agreement (EULA)

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You understand that nutritional estimates are based on AI models and may not be 100% accurate.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the App are the exclusive property of Alkashier or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alkashier be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., Egypt], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
