Foodly ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Foodly app (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

AI Analysis Data: When you use AI features (Meal Scanning, AI Advisor), we share the food photos you select, meal text you enter, and voice descriptions you record with our third-party AI service provider (OpenAI) to generate nutritional insights. This data is shared only with your explicit consent.

Advertising and Third-Party Advertising Partners

This app displays advertising served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google and its certified partners may collect and process your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, approximate location, and ad interaction data.

Where required in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before any personalised advertising is shown, using Google's IAB TCF-certified consent form. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the privacy options in the app's settings.
