Food Ai
Effective Date: October 1, 2023
Foodly ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Foodly app (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
Depending on your location, you have rights under the GDPR (EEA) or CCPA (California), including the right to access, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
To exercise these rights, please contact us at: support@alkashier.com.
You can request the deletion of your account and data at any time via the app settings or by visiting: https://apps.alkashier.com/legal/foodly/data-deletion.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
This app displays advertising served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google and its certified partners may collect and process your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, approximate location, and ad interaction data.
Where required in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before any personalised advertising is shown, using Google's IAB TCF-certified consent form. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the privacy options in the app's settings.
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy & security → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and Google's advertising partners.
Because we display personalised advertising, our sharing of advertising identifiers with advertising partners may constitute a "sale" or "share" for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). You may opt out at any time by declining personalised advertising in the app's privacy options, or by limiting ad tracking in your device settings.
