Gam3ya (rotating savings associations)

Credit counseling

Any calculations, forecasts, debt-free estimates, or financial insights provided by the app are for informational purposes only.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining backups where applicable.

Operating system issues
Application deletion
User actions

Biometric Authentication

These features rely on your device’s operating system and hardware.

Commitly does not store biometric information.

Gam3ya and Group Financial Activities

Commitly may provide tools for organizing Gam3ya and similar group savings activities.

Commitly:

Is not a financial institution
Does not hold funds
Does not facilitate money transfers
Does not guarantee payments between participants
Is not responsible for disputes among members

All agreements and financial arrangements remain solely between participants.

Acceptable Use

Use the Service for unlawful purposes
