3. Prohibited Activities

4. Liability

Alkashier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Ahly Guide app. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the app.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms of Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uk.
