Welcome to Speaker Cleaner. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Speaker Cleaner mobile application ("App") developed, owned, and operated by alkashier ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

1. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we suspect any violation of these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all software, source code, text, graphics, logos, sounds, user interfaces, and the design and arrangement thereof—are owned by alkashier and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with the App:

• Copying, modifying, translating, adapting, or otherwise creating derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of the App.
• Using the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or compromising the integrity or security of the App or its associated servers.
• Using any automated system, including robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the App in an unauthorized manner.
• Circumventing or bypassing any security features or access restrictions implemented in the App.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALKASHIER, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE APP.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any speaker cleaning function will repair physical damage to your device's hardware.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the formation, interpretation, breach, association, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where alkashier is established, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms or by posting a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
