Terms of Service

This document is an agreement between you (referred to as "User" or "you") and alkashier (referred to as "Company," "we," or "us") concerning the use of the runly mobile application (referred to as the "App").

User Accounts

In order to use the App, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials confidential.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by alkashier and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Prohibited Activities

While using the App, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Engaging in deceptive or fraudulent behavior
• Interfering with the security or operation of the App
• Harassing or harming other users

Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Association]. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
