By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register and maintain an active user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials of your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at admin@alkashier.com upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, trademarks, service marks, logos, and design elements are owned exclusively by alkashier and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your full compliance with these Terms.

QuitMate: Beat Addiction is designed as a self-help and motivational tool only. alkashier is not a healthcare provider, and the Service does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, and never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read in the Service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall alkashier, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alkashier is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting admin@alkashier.com. If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be finally settled through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction located in alkashier's primary place of business.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
