This Privacy Policy describes how alkashier ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application, Plant Doctor (the "App"), and our related services (collectively, the "Services").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using Plant Doctor, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

A. Personal Information Provided directly by You

• Contact Details: Account information such as your name, email address, or phone number if you create an account, subscribe to updates, or request support.
• User Content: Photos, images, notes, or plant logs that you upload to the App to diagnose plant diseases, identify species, or track plant care.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device and Usage Information: Technical data regarding your mobile device, including unique device identifier (IDFA, GAID), operating system version, app usage statistics, crash logs, and performance metrics.
• Camera and Photo Library Access: The App requires permission to access your device’s camera and photo library solely for the purpose of uploading plant images for diagnostics and features requested by you. We do not access photos outside of those explicitly selected by you or captured within the App.
• Location Data: Approximate location (country/city level derived from IP address) or precise location (if explicit consent is granted) to provide localized weather, sunlight, and regional plant care recommendations.

2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Compliance)

Plant Doctor is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain European jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in servers located outside of your state, province, or country. Where personal data is transferred internationally outside the EEA/UK, we implement adequate safeguards, such as European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to protect your data.

Advertising and Third-Party Advertising Partners

This app displays advertising served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google and its certified partners may collect and process your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, approximate location, and ad interaction data.

Where required in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before any personalised advertising is shown, using Google's IAB TCF-certified consent form. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the privacy options in the app's settings.
