Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PDF Editor mobile application ("the App") operated by Alkashier ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PDF Editor is a mobile application that allows users to:

Convert images to PDF documents
Create and edit PDF files
Merge, split, and organize PDF pages
Save and share PDF documents

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not use the App to create, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
Not use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alkashier and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the documents and content you create using the App.

5. User Content

All documents, images, and files you create or process using the App remain your property. The App processes your content locally on your device, and we do not access, collect, or store your personal documents.

6. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. By using the App, you agree to view these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for premium features or to remove advertisements. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as applicable

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALKASHIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the App
Any unauthorized access to or use of your device
Any loss or corruption of documents or data

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alkashier from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cairo, Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
