You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Service:

Gold Price Tracker & Alerts provides market and price information for general informational purposes only. alkashier is not a financial advisor, registered broker, or investment institution. Prices, rates, and alerts may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and nothing in the Service constitutes professional financial or investment advice. You should not rely on the Service as the basis for any trading or investment decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall alkashier, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alkashier is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting admin@alkashier.com. If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be finally settled through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction located in alkashier's primary place of business.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
