Focus Pomodoro is a productivity application designed to help users manage their time and focus using the Pomodoro Technique. Features include a focus timer, task management, statistical tracking, and gamified "Focus Guardian" elements.

• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions: You agree not to:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person via the App (e.g., through social features).

4. User Accounts and Data

• Account Creation: You may need to create an account (e.g., via Google Sign-In) to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Data Privacy: Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect limited data to improve user experience and provide analytics.

5. Premium Subscriptions & Purchases

• Subscriptions: We may offer premium features ("Focus Pro") via auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Billing: Payments are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are the property of Focus Pomodoro or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus Pomodoro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
