1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Currency Today – Live Exchange app ("App"), operated by Alkashier LTC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the App.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The place of arbitration shall be set at a mutually agreed location. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and any ruling shall be final and binding upon the parties.
