Welcome to Azkar: Islamic Spiritual Hub, operated by alkashier. By accessing or using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (End User License Agreement).

1. User Accounts

To use certain features of the app (such as community posts or leaderboard ranking), you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account. Notify us immediately at apps@alkashier.com of any unauthorized use.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Azkar offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Supporter" plans) to provide an ad-free experience and additional features.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
• Management/Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Trial Periods: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The app and its entire content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by alkashier or its licensors.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any material from the app without express permission.
• Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.

4. User Conduct

By using the community features, you agree not to post content that is:

• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, or defamatory.
• Violates the intellectual property rights of others.
• Promotes discrimination based on race, religion, or gender.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the app is at your own risk. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will alkashier, its affiliates, or their licensors be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the app.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alkashier operates.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the app following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.
